The Doll in the China Shop

Savoring the moment,
Sharing the joy
In a blink.
Looking wide-eyed at goodness,
And feeling untethered.

Wide eyes wandering,
Emotions flowing like
Rivers of new grass.
Knowing my arms are full,
Of happiness.

Halving experiences means,
Doubling the freedoms
Of expression.
Deep levels of truth,
Understanding another.

A moment passed,
Savored in the blink
Of wide eyes.
Goodness freed, given,
Felt.
